At CeBIT 2007 we presented for he first time a continuous and consistent project management method, which supports in an efficient, simple and customer friendly manner all the phases of a project. Essential building blocks of the individual Project Organisation Systems iPOS are:

- the Project Repository is a knowledge base which contains all the information required for the completion of projects. The project repository is configurable individually. You are the one who will configure the structure and the content and all this without programming knowledge. The project repository is taking your experiences and in this way it is assuring a Lesson Learned Process.

- the PCP, Project Communication Platform, serves at the configuration of your concrete projects by using the knowledge which is included in the Project Repository. New procedures, activities as well as experiences will be automatically transferred in the Project Repository.

PCP supports the development of the project through the management of proactive actions and deviations, which appeared during the procedures from the course of the project. This is followed by the consequence analysis and the warning in case of serious changes in the planned procedures.

PCP also generates, if it is required, automated from the configured project, a process model based on SemTalk BCP Edition. The execution of your reports takes place automated through the PCP and it is offering you an efficient Multi-project Management. This will be ensured through the integration of the adjacent projects. Via an integrated MS-Project interface, the project plans will be automatically generated.

The integration of documents from a Documented Management System is guaranteed.

-the individual Web Application Designer iWAD allows changes in iPOS to be made rapidly and efficiently Thereby all the maintenance work for the system will be provided by design. No programming knowledge is required. If it is desired, our firm can take over this work in the context of a maintenance contract.

- SemTalk BCP Edition is an object-orientated process modeling tool which serves to the visualization of procedures. This tool generates, also by design, standardized project plans in MS-Project. The visualized process models will be graphically linked in PCP with the incorporated deviations and actions; they will appear as red objects. The maintenance is a consequence stemming from a comparison.

The continuous communication of the deviations and the generation of actions will prove that your processes and procedures can be used in any daily business activitiy. Trough the detection of mutual interaction between projects and processes, the Quality Management Systems will also be supported.
